Most of them are very old. Some are tumbled down. Some, like this one, still have people living in them.
This very famous castle in Scotland is called Glamis. It has lots of stories, some true and some imaginary. In the middle is an ancient tower. One King who visited the castle was King Duncan who is famous in the play Macbeth.
Psalm 87 talks about Zion, the citadel of the Great King. It says, “
Glorious things of you
are spoken,
O city of God.”
That is the castle of the King of Kings that Ahma looks forward to visiting one day. I pray that we will all go there and live with Our Lord and King Jesus for ever.
